1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToroGames.io or any game on the platform (Kartwars.io, DragonWars.io, SnakeWars.io, Rockets.io, Capman and others, collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Toro Games S.L. provides a browser-based, real-time multiplayer gaming platform under the ToroGames.io brand. The Service is provided free of charge for guest and registered users, with optional paid content (premium vehicles and cosmetics) available for purchase.

3. User Accounts

• Registration requires a valid email address and a username of 3–30 characters.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent bans or restrictions may be deleted without notice.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, exploits, scripts or any unauthorised third-party software that interacts with the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the servers, networks or infrastructure used by the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten or harm other players.
• Use offensive, discriminatory or hate-speech-based usernames or in-game content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.

Toro Games S.L. reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these rules, at its sole discretion.

5. Virtual Goods and Payments

• Virtual goods (premium vehicles and cosmetics) are licensed to you for personal use within the Service; they are not owned by you and have no real-world monetary value.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are only provided where required by applicable consumer law (EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content not yet accessed).
• Toro Games S.L. reserves the right to modify, remove or rebalance virtual goods at any time.
• In the event of account termination for violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for purchased virtual goods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service — including game code, graphics, artwork, audio, logos and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Toro Games S.L. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Leaderboards and User Content

In-game nicknames and scores are displayed publicly on leaderboards. By choosing a nickname, you grant Toro Games S.L. a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display it within the Service and in promotional materials related to the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Toro Games S.L. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Toro Games S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to the Service

Toro Games S.L. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
